This website is created with HTML 4.0 Strict as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). PHP, JavaScript and CGI Script are used too. These pages are designed in the prescribed way according the W3C Accessibility guidelines. JavaScript, PHP and CGI Script are only used for background operations and text output. All images as well as other graphical elements and links are provided with ALT tags giving a meaningful text alternative for graphical information.

Sitemap: Go to the sitemap. The sitemap is the navigation tree of this website from where you can reach all sections of the website and all categories of information.
ALT + s (in the  Send an E-mail Sign guest book and Tell a friend forms only
Submit or sign: Send your filled in E-mail form or guest book comment.
ALT + c (in the  Send mail, Sign guest book and Tell a friend forms only
Reset: to clear all fields in the form.

At the bottom of each page you will find a button labeled "Navigation menu". Clicking this button returns you to the top of the page and locates your focus (cursor or mouse pointer) near the navigation menu. The navigation menu appears at the top of each page of this website.

You will be able to print all pages providing information concerning the subject matter of this website, such as factsheets, summaries and surveys. You will find a button at the bottom of those pages that might be interesting to be print.
